Antique stock and bond certificates can not be sold or traded at any stock market exchange. Scripophily financial instruments have been cancelled or were never issued by the corporations. Merchandise offered for sale is for the collection of antique stock and bond certificates. Customers are buying old antique certificates that have historical significance and collector value.

Warranty of Merchandise
Our express warranty for all merchandise. All antique stocks, bonds, and currency are authentic. Merchant does not sell or deal in reproductions.  There are no other warranties express or implied.

Privacy Matters
Customer privacy of information is important at Ohio Valley Collect.  Ohio Valley Collect will not provide any information concerning customers to anyone.  Customer credit card information is not known to us.  Ohio Valley Collect uses PayPal as a credit card processing provider.  PayPal is used because it is safe and secure.

Ordering Items
Shopping cart buttons are used to purchase merchandise. On each catalog page there are "Add To Cart" buttons for merchandise for sale. Click the "Add To Cart" buttons for each item to purchase.  Once shopping is complete click the "View Cart" button at the top of the catalog page. Verify that order is correct.  Click the "Checkout" button and follow the instructions provided by the credit card service.  Credit card orders are processed immediately and goods are shipped on the next postal service day whenever possible.

Payments
OVC accepts MasterCard, Visa, and other credit cards through an independent credit card service provider PayPal™. Customers must have an established PayPal™ account to make purchases.  New customers can quickly set up a PayPal™ account at http://www.paypal.com.  Purchases using PayPal™ are safe and secure.  OVC does not accept other payment methods.

Returns
OVC return policy, customer has ten (10) days to make a return of merchandise. Customer must pay all shipping costs on returned merchandise. Goods returned to OVC must arrive in the same condition as sent to the customer. Customer must notify OVC by email prior to making a return. OVC will supply further instructions.  Return of merchandise may be made for any scripophily certificate or banknote purcahse.  Once the returned merchandise arrives we will process a refund, or provide credit to future purchases at customers option.

OVC guarantees the authenticity of all items in our catalogs. OVC makes every attempt to provide honest and accurate description of the goods up for sale. If customer has questions regarding the quality of an item send OVC a note. Merchant will examine the merchandise and provide customer with a more detailed description. 

General Shipping Notes
All merchandise is packaged for best protection of merchandise.  All packages are marked "Do Not Bend" and "Do Not Fold". Very large documents will be shipped in flat envelopes if possible.  Large format stocks or bonds will be shipped folded if the document has already been folded. Send an email with questions regarding shipping. All shipping charges are in United States Dollars.

OVC is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during shipment to the customer. Customer must make a claim with the Postal Service if merchandise is lost or damaged.

Customer must provide accurate address information with an order.  If customer provides a bad address and the shipment is returned. OVC will notify customer and wait 10 days for customer to provide a correct mailing address.  If customer does not contact OVC within 10 days the merchandise will be returned to the catalog. The customers order is then considered cancelled. Merchandise that must be sent by mail a second time will require an additional shipping fee.

Shipping Within United States
Shipping of merchandise within the United States is $5.50 per order.  The United States Postal Service is used for all orders. Send merchant an email to obtain insurance.

Shipping Outside the United States
Shipping of merchandise to destinations outside of the United States is $25.00 per order.  Global Priority mailing is $35.00 per order.  The United States Postal Service is used for all orders. Send merchant an email to obtain additional insurance or to discuss alternative shipping vendors.

Product Images
Images are available for all items up for sale through this web site.  The images have been created using a flat bed scanner or a digital camera. Some of the images may not include an image of the whole document.  Reverse sides are imaged by request by email. Bond coupons are only photographed when they are of noteworthy pictorial value to the customer.
