Ohio Valley Collectibles guarantees the authenticity of all items in our catalogs. We also make every attempt to provide honest and accurate descriptions of the goods up for sale. Most of our scripophily items are about 100 years old and will show varying amounts of aging, some have had rough handling, and some have been stored using improper storage methods before coming to us. If you have questions regarding the quality of an item send us a note, we'll pull the certificate, and provide you with a more detailed description.  Our return policy is simple, you have five days to make a return from the date of receipt of our goods. You pay all postage costs on a return. Goods returned must arrive in the same condition as sent to you. Please notify us prior to making a return and we will supply further instructions.  Returns may be made for any scripophily certificate or banknote.  Once the returned merchandise arrives we will send a refund, or provide credit to future purchases at your option.

Privacy
Our customers privacy is an important matter. Ohio Valley Collectibles will not supply names, addresses, buying patterns, or other information concerning our customers to anyone. Credit card information for our customer's is not known to us, we use a financial service for all of our on-line transactions. Our web site does not use cookies or annoying popups.

Descriptions and Conditions of Paper
Every attempt is made to give the customer fair and accurate descriptions of our goods. Ask questions prior to purchase, we will provide complete details of our goods when asked. We have goods in transit at all times and sometimes the descriptions are brief. We review the descriptions frequently and update as time permits.
