Customer Service - Returns
| Ohio Valley Collect guarantees the
authenticity of all items in our catalogs. We also make every
attempt to provide honest and accurate descriptions of the goods up
for sale. Most of our scripophily items are about 100 years old and
will show varying amounts of aging, some have had rough handling,
and some have been stored using improper storage methods before
coming to us. If you have questions regarding the quality of an item
send us a note, we will pull the certificate, and provide you with a
detailed description. Returns may be made for any scripophily certificate or banknote. We ship all orders as soon as possible. You have ten (10) days from the date that we ship to return any certificate that you are not satisfied with. Please forward a note to us and we will issue a Return Authorization prior to shipping. We do not pay shipping for items being returned. Once the returned merchandise arrives we will cancel the credit card charge, or provide credit to future purchases at your option. |
