- Each shipping envelope is marked: Do
Not Fold, Do Not Bend.
- All orders are shipped via the United
States Postal Service with standard insurance.
Supplemental insurance is available, see below.
- Very large documents will be shipped
in special flat mailers. Large format stocks or bonds will
be shipped folded, if the document has already been folded.

- We are not responsible for items lost
or damaged in the mail. You must raise a claim with the United
States Postal Service if items are lost or damaged.
- We do not use shipping vendors other
than the United States Postal Service.
- You must provide accurate address
information with your order. If you provide a bad address
and the shipment is returned we will wait 10 days after the
return for you to contact us with a correct address. If
you do not contact us within 10 days the item(s) will be
returned to the catalog page and your order considered
cancelled.
Your order will be shipped by United States
Postal Service first class mail. Costs for first class postage are a flat rate of $5.50 United States Dollars.
