Customer Service  -  Shipping Information

United States Customers

  • All prices are in United States Dollars.
  • Each order is packaged for optimum protection of the document or currency.
  • Each shipping envelope is marked: Do Not Fold, Do Not Bend.
  • All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service with standard insurance.  Supplemental insurance is available.
  • Very large documents will be shipped in special flat mailers.  Large format stocks or bonds will be shipped folded, if the document has already been folded.  Check item descriptions.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. You must raise a claim with your local Postal Service if items are lost or damaged.
  • We do not use shipping vendors other than the United States Postal Service.
  • You must provide accurate address information with your order.  If you provide a bad address and the shipment is returned we will wait 10 days after the return for you to contact us with a correct address.  Second mailing charge will apply.  If you do not contact us within 10 days the item(s) will be returned to the catalog page and your order considered cancelled.
  • Orders over $100.00 free shipping, 1st class mail.
  • Orders under $100.00, shipping is $3.50, 1st class mail.
  • Any order, Express Domestic, 1-3 business days, $4.95.
  • Any order, Priority, 1-2 business days, $13.25.

International Customers
