Bond is signed by J,(eptha)H.(omer)Wade. He signed as president of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern. Mr. Wade was more famous for developing Midwestern and Western telegraph systems while continuing an interest in railroads. Was president of Western Union (1866-1867) |
